The standards addressed in these Codes of Conduct represent the core of Arkad SpA’s culture and commitment.
Compliance to these standards is essential and every employee in Arkad SpA is responsible for upholding these principles.

All employees, customers, suppliers, third parties and stakeholders can report any suspected or observed violations of the law, of these Codes of Conduct or of company policies, simply by using the Whistleblowing channel at allows also anonymous reporting). Please note that  anonymous reports may be more difficult to investigate. Confidentiality will be maintained to the fullest extent possible.
