Performances

Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) are core values of Arkad’s Sustainability vision. HSSE values and culture are spread all along the value chain, towards partners and subcontractors in any location and project all over the world. This reflects directly and positively on the reputation of the business and on our stakeholder trust.

The effort and enthusiasm we put into safeguarding people and protecting the environment is demonstrated by solid HSE statistical track records and by the satisfaction of our customers. 

Arkad Systems are structured aiming at striving for continual improvement by setting and ensuring the fulfillment of challenging HSSE goals, assigning leadership and accountability. Our HSSE and Environmental Management Systems are certified according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

Arkad is not experiencing work-related LTIs since October 2016 maintaining our zero LTIF (Lost Time Injury Frequency) target on track since 2017. Total Recordable Incident Rate (performing 0.60 in 2021) is also far below in the IOGP (International Organization of Oil & Gas Producers) relevant indicators since 2017 (0,78 in 2020).

Integrity

We expect a high standard of integrity from every employee, every supplier and every third party, in every country where we do business. We have developed and implemented a systematic approach designed to prevent, detect, and resolve any potential integrity concerns.

This is supported by tools and processes and a zero-tolerance policy for any violations. Our integrity program has created an environment where all of our employees can be open about identifying risks, asking questions, and raising concerns.

Our company has adopted Model 231/01 which, together with the Codes of Conduct for employees, for third parties and Company procedures, ensures Arkad S.p.A the highest level of Integrity and Compliance.

We require that these instruments are adopted and respected not only by employees but also by all business entities that interact with Arkad S.p.A.
